林佳裕在创办第一食品工业有限公司前,曾担任过罗里司机,因为工作的关系,经常要全马各地跑透透,到处寻访美食。对肉骨茶情有独钟的他,每到一处都不会错过品尝当地著名的肉骨茶的机会。

各地肉骨茶香味集一体

他说,至今回想起来,1981年他在新加坡工作时,在小镇上吃过的羊骨茶,泰国哈艾、、槟城双溪峇甲、大山脚、雪兰莪万挠、丹绒马林、森美兰淡边、柔佛古来的肉骨茶香味、至今仍叫他回味无穷。

因为对肉骨茶的偏爱,他在成功开创出地球A1山标A1咖喱王国后,也投入心血花了几年的时间调配出属于地球A1山标的独家A1槟城肉骨茶。

他说,因为早年他品尝过美味的羊骨茶经验和尝遍各地肉骨茶的风味,遂一直想要将这些他认为是人间美味汇集在一起,因而有了地球A1山标A1槟城肉骨茶的诞生。

林佳裕说,虽然肉骨茶同时拥有香料和中药成份,但是传统上的肉骨茶,香料的对比大于中药,因此吃起来时,主要是香料的味道。

他说,因为地球A1山标A1槟城肉骨茶更强调保健,因此在香料和中药比重上,更著重于中药。因此吃起来时,口感相对传统肉骨茶会淡一些,但是只要是懂得品尝的,都可以吃出中药的香味,特别是槟城,这种名贵中药是传统肉骨茶没有的。

他指出,地球A1山标A1槟城肉骨茶茶主要成份,还有当归、花椒、甘草、枸杞、党参、玉竹、熟地和川芎等。

林佳裕认为,人们每天的饮食和身体健康息息相关,因此,只要在饮食后,留心身体的反应,就可以简单的判断出所吃的食物,是对身体有益或者有害。

他说,一般不健康的食物,我们吃了过后,当天晚上或者隔天就会感觉到它对身体有影响。如果有关食物是对身体有害的,吃了就会感觉不舒服;相反的如过吃的是对身体有补益和保健作用的食物,吃过后人的精神也会特别好,隔天也会感觉身强体壮。

他说,虽然地球A1山标A1槟城肉骨茶所选配的中药,属于滋补类型,药性偏热,但是适时享用能够得到很好的补益。
